These terms and conditions apply to husky safaris offered and provided by Rami's Huskies during the winter season.
CONSUMER TERMS
COMMERCIAL TERMS
Services and prices
The prices and services offered and provided by Rami's Huskies under these Husky Activity Terms are presented in the programme descriptions of each activity. The stated prices include value-added tax in accordance with Finnish tax laws and regulations.
Rami's Huskies reserves the right to change prices if costs are expected to increase unexpectedly, including but not limited to taxes, fuel prices and other similar costs.
Booking
A booking received by Rami's Huskies is considered confirmed once the booking has been paid and Rami's Huskies has sent a booking confirmation to the consumer.
The available payment options are presented on our website during the booking process or, in the case of on-site bookings, during the reservation process.
Cancellation terms
Cancellations must be made no later than 30 days before arrival in order to receive a refund. If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the safari, we will retain 10% of the booking as a booking fee and refund 90% of the payment. If the booking is more than 180 days away, we will refund the payment in full.
Customers are also entitled to a full refund or credit if the operator cancels the activity due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations must always be made in writing. If the consumer does not arrive at the agreed time and place, they are still obliged to pay for the service they have booked. Late arrival does not entitle the customer to a refund or to the safari being rescheduled.
Policy regarding children
The service provider has the right to change the policy regarding children's participation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen exceptional circumstances, based on safety considerations, without separate compensation.
Pregnant women
Pregnant women are responsible for their own wellbeing and must follow their doctor's recommendations. We do not recommend participating in husky activities during the later stages of pregnancy.
Important information
The person driving the sled must have sufficient physical ability to control the sled. Teenagers aged 13 and over share the sled with a parent or adult and may, with parental permission, drive the sled if the conditions allow it. The final decision on this is always made by the guide on site.
The customer agrees to follow all safety and driving instructions provided. The customer must inform the service provider in advance of any injuries, illnesses or physical conditions that may restrict their ability to participate in the service or affect the safety of the service.
The service provider has the right to modify or change the programme due to exceptional weather conditions or safety reasons without separate compensation. The service provider also has the right to restrict or prevent the customer's participation in the programme if safety cannot be ensured.
