4. Purpose of personal data processing
Ensure the proper use of the www.ramishuskies.fi web service.
Gathering information for the development of a web service that is customer-centric and for retargeting that will be presented.
Forwarding a request for proposal to the data controller.
5. Data content of the register
Online service users, customers, employees.
Website user data: The first part of the IP (Internet Protocol) address, cookie information, device type, traffic source, visit time.
– In the request for quotation / contact – email, phone number, name, message, subject.
The data is processed by the business owner and the employees. Employees do not have access to customer data outside of working hours. Employees have been briefed to act in accordance with the definitions set out in the Data Protection Act.
We only receive customer figures via a third party, and the data does not define customers' personal data in advance.
6. Regular sources of information
Information provided by website users via the online service and whilst browsing it during that time.
7. Regular disclosure of data
No data shall be transferred outside the EU to companies that do not comply with the Privacy Shield or equivalent requirements set out in the GDPR.
The data remains with the data controller and personal data processors (Google).
8. Transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA
The company's online service is located on Finnish servers. However, website user data is stored by Google Analytics visitor tracking to Google's cloud environment, which may also be located outside the EEA (in Privacy Shield countries).
9. Protection
Access control to premises. Requiring identification from authorised personnel. Google anonymises user data; this data is stored in a secure cloud environment. The data cannot be linked to natural persons without the internet service provider's data. Secure connection on the website (SSL).
10. Risks
Risks associated with personal data include data breaches. Personal data stored in the register is protected against, for example, unauthorised access to data and accidental or unlawful disclosure, destruction, alteration, transfer or relocation of data, or other unlawful processing.

A registered person's rights request must be made in writing to the data controller by email.
12. Retention period
User-level and event-level data stored by Google Analytics is automatically deleted from Analytics servers after 26 months.
Contact requests are stored for a maximum of one year, after which they are removed from the registers, unless there is a legal or regulatory grounds for processing.

The Privacy Statement was approved on 20.05.2018 and updated on 28.07.2026.
